A Little Too Cute!

I couldn’t resist posting a couple of images from a session we just had of a little darling that is truly growing up in our studio right before our eyes.  We had the honor of photographing her parent’s wedding and they have honored us again with bringing little Miss Brynn to us since she was just a week old.

Believe me when I say nothing tickles us more than little smiles and giggles all around our place.  Good thing we have plenty of room for the all the fun they can have.

I can’t wait to find a place for this little lady on our New Studio Gallery wall.  (More on this later…)  Now, which one do we select?

Thank you Mom and Dad for always bringing a smile to our day when Brynn comes up!

Love in The City

Does it really get any better than this?  Barry and I are still talking about how much fun we had with Patty and Pete.  To be in San Francisco is as much of an experience for us as it is for our couples no matter how many times we photograph there.

Patty wanted variety.  She wanted sexy.  She wanted to see San Francisco.  Of course that meant we had to take them to the wharf as well.  China Town, Knob Hill, Lombard Street, you name it.  We just had a ball.  Oh, yeah, we did take a few pictures along the way.

Now only Patty and Pete could make going out to the beach on a very chilly and windy day an absolute blast.  We completely forgot about the wind chill just watching them end the perfect day on Baker Beach.

Can you imagine how amazing their wedding is going to be?  I can and I just can’t wait!

A Country Wedding

This summer we have been spoiled with some stunning weddings and Allison and Joe’s was no exception.

We found it very challenging to select only a handful to share.  The couple was married at Allison’s family home in the foothills.  The grounds included heritage oak trees, lush green fields, a pond and even a duck dressed for the occasion.  (He was black with a white chest as if he had his own tux fitted especially for him.)

The weather, of course, was spectacular for a summer wedding.  But the other treat of the day was Allison being able to have some very personal and special images taken with her show horse, Spider.  What a thrill for us.  Growing up in the foothills myself with horses, cattle, etc.,  I am immediately at home with little adventures such as this.

The decor of the day was very simple and complimented by local vendors including O’Shays Flowers in Auburn and Divine Desserts in Loomis for the cake.

Thank you Allison and Joe for the honor of being part of your amazing day and sharing your joy and excitement with your family and friends.  Congratulations on such a beautiful future you will have together.
